The best of Carpigiani technology at FHA Ho.Re.Ca 2022 (25-28 October – Singapore Expo)

Carpigiani, the Italian company specialising in the production of machines for gelato, pastry and catering, will be among the protagonists at FHA Ho.Re.Ca. 2022, the most important industry trade fair in Asia.

Among the events not to be missed at the company’s stand (Hall 3, booth 3B3-01) are meetings with two pastry stars. On 25th and 26th September, the appointment is with Otto Tay, pastry chef and member of the Malaysia team that won the gold medal at the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie in Lyon in 2019. On 27th September, center stage will be taken by pastry chef Justin Lee, owner of JL Dessert Bar in Seoul and star on the culinary scene in South Korea.

The cooking shows will be introduced by Alessandro Racca, pastry chef and Carpigiani Gelato University Instructor. Carpigiani will also be sponsoring the two main competitions scheduled for this 2022 edition of FHA Ho.Re.Ca.: the Asian Gelato Cup, a team competition dedicated to gelato making that will select the teams that will participate in the Gelato World Cup in 2024 in Italy; and the Asian Pastry Cup, a team competition dedicated to pastry making that will proclaim the national teams that will compete in the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie scheduled for 2023 in France.

On display at the Carpigiani stand there will also be technological innovations dedicated to the world of gelato and pastry.
