Following its success in Italy, ConGelato is bringing its format to Spain with the first edition of España Gelato Week 2026, taking place from 15 to 20 September 2026.
The event marks the first step in the project’s international expansion and will involve 35 gelato shops across Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville and Málaga, with the support of industry partners committed to promoting artisanal gelato and local businesses, including our international magazine puntoITALY. During the event, each participating gelato shop will offer a limited-edition flavour, created exclusively for the occasion and inspired by local ingredients or regional culinary traditions.
Visitors will be able to purchase one of two ticket options, available through the official España Gelato Week 2026 website. The tickets differ in the tasting format, giving gelato lovers the opportunity to explore the participating gelato shops by choosing either a two-flavour cup or a three-flavour cone or cup.
With this first international edition, ConGelato expands its project beyond Italy, creating a journey that brings together gelato shops, local communities and consumers through a unique experience dedicated to discovering authentic artisanal gelato.
