Expo Sweet 2022 the sweetest fair in Poland

On 27 February 2022 the largest confectionery and ice cream trade fair in Poland will begin. This is the fourteenth edition of this event, annually gathering professionals and industry enthusiasts. The fair will be held in Warsaw and will last until 2 March.

In addition to the fair, which will exhibit more than 100 representatives from Polish and foreign, for four days of the event are also planned industry competitions. These will include the Polish Championships in Cake Decorating 2022, which could not take place without the great and well-known personalities of the confectionery world. They will be judging the Participants’ works in a fair and substantial way.

Another interesting event will be the Confectionery Decoration Competition 2022 – once again Expo Sweet will feature Poland’s biggest Confectionery Decoration Exhibition, open to all confectionery lovers. The works will be available for viewing throughout the entire duration of the fair. The prize pool amounts to as much as PLN 50 thousand, and perhaps even more, as prizes will be awarded for reaching a specific point ceiling. The works will be displayed in six different categories.

The fair will also feature market novelties, world-class experts and confectionery masters, and each visitor will be able to win a super prize – a professional oven from UNOX. The fair of course provides a high level of safety – wide aisles, disinfectant liquids, masks – all in accordance with sanitary requirements. All chefs, cooks and confectioners are especially warmly invited to the third day of the fair (1 March), when the Polish Championships in Dessert Preparation 2022 will be held. There are unique prizes waiting for the teams, including a financial prize pool of PLN 10 thousand.
