Expo Sweet 2025 – The leading sweet experience in Poland

After the success of the last edition that saw over 20 thousand visitors, this year Expo Sweet is preparing to be an unmissable event for professionals in the sector. The leading trade fair for gelato, pastry, bakery and HoReCa in Poland will be held from 16th to 19th February at the Expo XXI Center Hall in Warsaw.

Distributed over 3 exhibition halls, it will host more than 150 companies that will present a preview of the latest trends from machinery and equipment to raw and semi-finished products, reflecting the latest market trends. Thanks to the partnership of experts, chefs and pastry chefs, it will also be possible to participate in training events, workshops and demos for an even more immersive experience.

Expo Sweet also gives space to creativity and challenges. The Polish Cake Decorating Championship is one of the most important competitions, leading figures in the confectionery industry. Other competitions on the programme will be the Polish Championship of Dessert Preparation, and the Polish Championship of Students of Pastry Schools. A must-see for visitors will be the special area dedicated to cake design where more than 100 creations divided into categories will be exhibited.
