Iceteam 1927 is a proud sponsor of the World Trophy of Pastry Ice Cream Chocolate providing the competition with its multifunction machine for pastry and gelato: MASTERCHEF.
The competition takes place every two years starting in 2015 at the most prestigious fair of this sector, Host Fiera Milano.
In the World Championship of Pastry Makers – The World Trophy of Pastry Ice Cream Chocolate – professionals from five continents will compete for the title of World Champion which will be the biggest event of this sector on an international level. Each nation will bring its own culture – the theme is the National Art and Tradition of each country.
Each team will produce three creations: a chocolate sculpture with pralines, one with sugar and modern cake, and one in pastillage (malleable sugar paste) with ice cream. For the cake design, a monumental cake will be created, a miniature version of which will be produced live, reproducing the same techniques used for the original. They will be judged on their appropriate combinations of consistency, temperature and flavours.
