FAIRS Photos by Fotocomunica After last year’s completely digital version, Sigep The Dolce World Expo opened its doors again to professionals from every continent. Reaching its 43rd edition, Italian Exhibition Group’s tradeshow welcomed 950 brands specialized in the artisanal gelato, pastry, chocolate, bakery and coffee industry in an exhibition space of 90 thousand square meters. Over three thousand scheduled meetings between international buyers and exhibition companies took place. And, as usual, the events that framed the exhibition revealed to be of the utmost level. Raise the cup One of the most awaited competitions was the Sigep Gelato d’Oro, which awarded victory to the Gelato chef Rosario Nicodemo and to the pastry chef Leandro Faraci. They will take part in the first edition of the Gelato Sigep The DolceWorld Expo returned this past March in its traditional in-person format.
