For two consecutive days, sixteen young Italian and international chefs took turns on the stage that Identità Milano has decided to bet on, including Davide Marzullo, Antonio Ziantoni, Fatih Tutak, Xinge Liu. See you again at… The future of the event has truly projected itself so much so to be able to unveil the dates of the next two editions of 2023 and 2024. The eighteenth edition will be held on Saturday January 28th until Monday January 30th, 2023, whereas the nineteenth edition will be held from Saturday March 9th until Monday March 11th, 2024. 51
