EVENTS A week of design Simultaneously with Salone del Mobile, Design Week was going on in the city, reiterating the role of Milan as the international capital of design. In the various neighbourhoods, from Brera to Tortona, from Isola to 5Vie, over 800 events were held, all characterized by quality design, innovation and sustainability. Among the main players there were also companies from the industry of furnishings for gelato and pastry shops.
