The Icam Professional range comes with a restyled packaging to offer a recognizable and appealing visual identity that reflects the brand values, with a wide range of chocolate couvertures, creams, and all the semi finished cocoa raw materials. With the new pack restyling Icam Professional presents also some new products: Onice Dark Chocolate 70% - with an intense, pure chocolate flavour and a low fluidity -, Cristallo White Chocolate, characterized by a predominant sweetness with notes of milk, vanilla and caramel, and a new Lemon flavour in the Chocolate Nuances range, typically sour with a sweet note and hints of milk at the end. The premium brand Agostoni presents new products in its ranges of Grand Cru and Single Origin chocolates. In particular, two chocolates from new origins: India and Bolivia. From the southern district of Idukki, in India, Grand Cru Idukki Dark Chocolate 67% is characterized by a pleasant initial sour note, followed by bitter and sweet notes, a light fruit aftertaste and a floral hint. While, from the Bolivian cocoa plantation, Icam developed a Single Origin Bolivia Dark Chocolate 73%, a couverture that balance acidity and bitterness with a predominant note of dried fruit and slight floral aftertaste.
