It will be located as usual at Expo XXI Centre Hall in Warsaw at 12/14 Prądzyńskiego Street, one of the largest complexes in the city. To its last edition, Expo Sweet - the largest confectionery and gelato fair in Poland - delivered an unparalleled experience to over 20,000 visitors, primarily comprising owners of confectioneries, gelato shops, cafes, and restaurants. Spanning three enormous exhibition halls, the event showcased more than 150 of Europe’s leading confectionery, gelato, bakery, and HoReCa companies. Attendees were treated to a display of cutting-edge, efficient, and innovative machinery, as well as top-quality products, raw materials, and semi-finished goods. The fair became a hub for expertise, with numerous top specialists, chefs, and confectioners offering a wealth of training sessions. A special exhibition area featured dozens of stunning confectionery decorations, highlighting the creativity and skill within the industry. In addition, the trade fair hosted the Championship of Poland in Dessert Preparation, the Polish Championship of Students of Confectionery Schools, and the Confectionery Decoration Competition. The prize money was impressive, totalling over 100,000 PLN, maintaining the high standards of previous years.
