This is how the entire range of Babbi Pistachio products is created, identified by the new Passione e Selezione Pistacchio Babbi logo. It includes the Babbi Pistachio Paste line, that consists of eight products that differ from each other in the blend of pistachios, the different roasting conditions, the type of refining, and different granulometries. Farcicream is an anhydrous fillings with a firm and creamy structure, ideal as a filling for baked goods, pastry, and chocolate preparations. In its Variegates and Coatings, Babbi offers the tasty combination of a delicate sauce and a crunchy insert: wafer for the variegate, pistachio granules for the Krok coating. Soft creams with a velvety consistency, Babbi Golose are extremely versatile products: to be enjoyed directly from the tub or used as variegates, for creating cremini, filling cakes, and much more. Golose are available in the standard Pistachio version, or with granulated pistachios in the “Krok” version, and without added sugars in the “B-Free” version.
