SIGEP Asia & Restaurant Asia will return to Singapore from 15 to 17 July 2026 at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre, bringing together professionals from the bakery, pastry, gelato, foodservice and hospitality sectors. As the regional extension of SIGEP World, the event aims to connect industry players from across Southeast Asia and beyond through business opportunities, competitions and educational activities.

Among the highlights of the 2026 edition are two major international competitions: the Gelato World Cup – Asia Selection and the Bakery World Cup, Bread in the City – Asia Selection. The gelato competition will see teams from China, Australia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Qatar, Japan, Singapore and the Republic of Korea compete for a place in the world finals, while leading bakers from across Asia-Pacific will showcase their skills in the bakery selection.

The exhibition will also feature new partnerships with industry organisations, including the ACA – Airline Catering Association and the Indonesian Hotel Purchasing Association, creating additional opportunities for exhibitors and buyers to connect. A number of internationally recognised professionals will be involved in the event, including pastry chef and chocolate artist Janice Wong and Neapolitan pizza specialist Vincenzo Capuano. They will be joined by a team of ambassadors representing different areas of the foodservice and hospitality industries.

Dedicated thematic areas will further enrich the exhibition. The Pizza Corner, organised in collaboration with AVPN, will focus on artisanal pizza-making and baking technologies, while the ICE Pavilion, promoted by the ITA – Italian Trade Agency, will showcase Italian products and companies seeking to expand their presence in international markets.

Alongside the exhibition, visitors will have access to networking opportunities, demonstrations and industry-focused content designed to provide insights into emerging trends and business developments across the region’s foodservice and hospitality sectors.
