Südback: Finally back on stage

The Südback team is now ready for the forthcoming Trade Fair for the Bakery and Confectionery Trades, which will be staged in Stuttgart from 22 to 25 October 2022. The last südback in 2019 attracted a total of 37,504 visitors, 16 per cent of whom came from abroad, and 708 exhibitors from 21 countries. More and more bakeries, confectioners and restaurants are now also following the growing trend of including handmade gelato in their product range.

The gelato area at südback will be substantially expanded in order to enable visitors to obtain information about gelato and test new products, and also provide ice cream companies with a presentation platform for their products. And last but not least, the exhibitors at the GELATISSIMO trade fair – which was unfortunately cancelled in February – will also have a unique opportunity to present their products and services this year at a trade fair for the German-speaking markets.

Make use of the opportunity to also secure a place in the “gelato area powered by GELATISSIMO” and register straight away.
