CHOCOLATE CIRCLES • dark chocolate 200 g Temper the chocolate then pour onto plastic sheets. Level with a spatula, lift the sheets off the table and scrap the sides of them with a spatula to remove any extra chocolate. Roll sheets into circles and add circle-shaped cookie cutters on the ends to hold the shape. Store in refrigerator.
