BABBI The Farcicream are soft anhydrous creams developed by Babbi’s experience in the pastry world and beyond. These new fillings were created thanks to the company’s willingness to use its knowledge to offer technical ingredients that can satisfy specific needs for targeted applications. Characterized by a dense and creamy structure, they are perfectly suitable for all pastry preparations that are at refrigerator temperature. They can be used as is, to fill sweets after they have been baked, or they can be utilized to fill baked goods, cakes or modern pies. They can also be used as a soft centre for pralines and chocolates, as well as many other delicious pastry recipes. The line includes Farcicream Bianca with its white chocolate flavour, which can be used as is or as a neutral base that can be flavoured as desired, Farcicream Nocciola (Hazelnut), Farcicream Gianduia with its cocoa and hazelnut flavour, and Farcicream Pistacchio (Pistachio).
