This new cutting-edge technology uses even more sustainable packaging materials that are completely recyclable. This packaging can also significantly reduce food waste thanks to a practical cap that can be sealed again. This Italian company’s new development comes after a three-year investment project, created with the intention of offering products that are constantly improved and increasingly more functional to professional clients. “Innovation in the food industry can play a fundamental role in supporting professionals in preparing their creations”, declares Andrea Frascheri, the company’s Head of Sales. “From the very beginning, Frascheri has set the goal to satisfy the needs of its professional clients in terms of performance and quality, and this latest development is an example of how we are accomplishing our goal”. A world of recipes At the past edition of Host Milan, Frascheri was a technical sponsor of the Pastry World Cup organized by the International Federation of Pastry Ice Cream and Chocolate. For the occasion, the company officially presented its recipe book titled “A trip around the world in 12 recipes”. The book is a small journey into international pastry specialties, and it reinterprets twelve traditional preparations, each from a different country from around the world. The idea is to connect distant cultures through food and pastry arts, to broaden the horizons of production kitchens even more and to stimulate experimentation. Another initiative by Frascheri is the recipe book titled “Autumn Gelato”, in which the gelato maestro Marco Scasso proposes a series of unique creations: ranging from Butterbeer, which is perfect for Halloween, up to Violet gelato, and includes much more.
