The famous award of the bakery and confectionery trade – the südback Trend Award – is a topclass award with the aim of acknowledging developments in terms of technical innovations, design and concepts. At Carlo-Wildt Trophy, creativity and craftsmanship are wanted to present original ideas which look and taste delicious, have harmonic colouring and meet the given theme. At südback, the exhibition for the bakery and confectionery trades to be held from 26 to 29 October 2024 in Messe Stuttgart (Germany), around 650 exhibitors will meet professional visitors who come from all over the world. At the trade fair stands companies present on 65,000 square metres of gross exhibition space the key areas of working and operating technology, raw materials, merchandise, shop fixtures and fittings, sales promotion, as well as services associated with the bakery and confectionery trades.
