The Honorary Chairperson of the Jury is Maestro Gino Fabbri, President of the Academy of Master Pastry Cooks. ON TOP OF THE WORLD At the Great Pastry Gala, which will take place on Sunday 22 January, the greatest Masters in the world will present the cre- ations that have made them famous. Among these are the winners of the 2011 Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie of Lyon, of the 2011 World Junior Championship of Rimini and of the 2012 Pastry Queen Championship. During the day, the public will therefore be able to follow all stages in the creation of genuine masterpieces of international pastry. At the end, all the grandmasters will be presented with an award from Sigep. Year after year, Sigep has put together a programme crammed with events dedicated to the world of pastry.
