Shows 26 In the five days of the Sigep Expo, there will also be the Italian Sen- iors Championship, the winners of which will make up the Italian team at the next world contest in Lyon, and also the Junior Choco- late Pastry Championship, which will serve to select the Italian under- 22 team at the next world championship for that age group. The partner company is Valrhona both for the Junior Chocolate Pastry Championship and for the 2013 World Junior Pastry Championship. The pastry events are sponsored by the Italian Academy of Master Pastry Cooks, and are organised by Rimini Fiera in collaboration with CastAlimenti.
