The partner company is Valrhona both for the Junior Chocolate Pastry Championship and for the 2013 World Junior Pastry Championship. The pastry events are sponsored by the Italian Academy of Master Pastry Cooks, and are organised by Rimini Fiera in collaboration with CastAlimenti.
